- What are your opening hours?
We are online during these hours: Monday to Sunday 10:00am – 11:00pm (GMT+2). We are closed on Christmas Day.
- Are you licensed and is it safe to keep funds with you?
We are fully licensed by E-Gambling Curaçao, license number 8048/JAZ. We are legally required to maintain sufficient funds to honour all customer deposits and winnings.
- How do I set up an account with you, what is required?
Registering with Bet-Football is easy. Simply fill in the REGISTRATION FORM. In order to create an account instantly, you will need to enter your Nationality and ID/Passport number for verification. In some cases verification cannot be completely instantly, we would then ask you to upload your KYC (Know Your Customer) identity documents. You can access this section by clicking on your username at the top of the screen, then the KYC tab. Should you have any questions, please contact our Customer Support team.
- What KYC documents are required?
1 x form of photo identification (passport, citizen card, photo driving license) 1 x proof of address dated within 3 months (utility bill, credit card bill, bank statement) Occasionally, we may require a bank statement of the account where funds are transferred to/from to comply with international AML standards. You can upload this on the PROFILE section of your account. Login, click on your username at the top of the screen and then the KYC tab.
- Is my personal information safe with your company?

At the moment, we offer accounts with Orbit Exchange, QBO, M8Bet, 1Bet, 18Bet, SBO Bet, Bet ISN, Pinnacle Sports, Penta 88 and Singbet . If you require something specific that is not listed, please CONTACT our support team and we’ll see if we can help.

Our service is completely free.
- If your service is free, then what do you get out of it?
We are paid commissions for generating turnover on the sportsbooks and betting exchanges. When making referrals to bet brokers and betting software platforms, we are paid a referral fee by the firms providing the service.
- Do I still have to pay Premium Charges on my account?
When applicable yes, where your agent’s account wins more than the threshold, a Premium Charge may still apply, which will be deducted from your account for each week where you qualify.
- How can I contact your support team?
Our support team are available mainly on Skype and EMAIL. You may also reach us by telephone during business hours.
- What happens after I’ve registered?
Once you have made your first deposit and funds are cleared, your account(s) will be set up with Bet-Football. We will deposit funds on your behalf to your chosen bookmakers/exchanges. At any time, you can CONTACT our team to make additional deposits, transfer funds between bookmakers and accounts, or request withdrawals.
- What do I need to do if I lost my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, CONTACT US us via Skype or email and our team will be happy to reset your password.
- I forgot my Bet-football password, what do I do?
On the SIGN IN page, click on the “Forgot Password?” link. Enter your email address and a reset password link will be sent to your inbox. Please follow the instructions in the email to reset your Bet-Football password.
- How do I update my personal details on Bet-Football?
Login to your Bet-Football account and click on your username/email at the top of the page. This will take you to your Profile Settings, here you may update your contact number, password and marketing communication preference.
- What currencies can you offer and what happens if I deposit EUR, but want multiple currency accounts?
The currencies that we offer differ slightly depending on the Sportsbook/Exchange. Typically we offer EUR, GBP, BRL and HKD. You may open as many currency accounts as you need in the currencies that we offer. If there is the need to make an exchange conversion, please check our exchange table HERE for the latest rates. Exchange rates are updated every Monday.
- What payment options do you provide?
We offer deposits and withdrawals via bank transfer, MuchBetter, Skrill, Neteller, Astropay, Crypto and Ecopayz (this might vary depending on your location). You will be sent our bank details upon account setup and you may CONTACT our support team at any time for our payments details.
- Do you charge any fees for deposits and withdrawals? If so, how much?
Bet-Football does not charge a fee for any of our client’s choice of deposits, but please do note the payment method you decide may charge you directly and fees can vary. Also, we will process 2 withdrawal request equal to or greater than €200 or currency equivalent one every 15 calendar days free of charge but will apply a fee equal to 1% of the amount for any additional request (€2 minimum applies). The fee will be deducted from the requested amount so you will effectively receive the amount you requested minus 1%. Smaller withdrawals can be processed but will be subject to a €2 admin fee. Also, please note you will need to have staked at least the same amount of your first deposit before requesting a withdrawal (at 1.50 or bigger odds).
- How much is the minimum deposit and withdrawal?
The minimum deposit amount for bank transfers is €5,000. For all other payment methods, the minimum deposit is €30 or currency equivalent and the minimum free withdrawal is €200 or currency equivalent for each account you hold and not cumulative across more than one account. Smaller withdrawals can be processed but will be subject to a €2 admin fee.
- What do I do after making a deposit?
Once funds have been cleared, your account will be setup with Bet-Football and we will deposit the funds on your behalf into your chosen betting solution.
- How can I make a withdrawal?
For withdrawal requests from Orbit Exchange accounts, login to your Bet-Football account, go to PAYMENTS and click on the TRANSFER tab at the top. You will need to TRANSFER your funds from your Orbit Exch wallet to your Bet-Football wallet first. Submit your Transfer and you will see the balance updated. Then, click on the WITHDRAWAL tab at the top and follow the instructions to request a withdrawal.

Bank Transfers that are requested after 4pm on Fridays through the weekend will be submitted the following Monday.
- How do I keep track of my transactions with you?
Upon request, we can send you a statement summarising all deposits, withdrawals, betting P&L and account transfers if you have taken accounts with several bookmakers or exchanges. We do not produce these details unless requested. If you have one account with us, just login to that relevant site to check your transactions.
- What can I see on my Transactions?
After you login, you will see a link to your Transactions on the navigation. Here, you may view your transaction activity including deposits, withdrawals and transfers between your betting accounts. Please note: This statement does not include your betting P/L.
Using the filter at the top, you may view your transactions by transaction type or by selected dates.
Your transactions are displayed by wallet. Your main Bet-Football wallet will always appear at the top and display your balance. For all other accounts/wallets - you may only view its transaction activity. Click on the up/down arrow to expand or collapse each section.
- How do you calculate my Bet-Football balance?
The Bet-Football balance shown on your statement page is calculated based on all the credit and debit transactions into your Bet-Football wallet. Please note: This balance DOES NOT INCLUDE balances from your betting accounts. Therefore, your Bet-Football balance will be shown as 0 most of the time.
For example: If you make a deposit of EUR 1,000 and request us to transfer EUR 500 to Orbit and EUR 500 to Mollybet. Your Bet-Football balance = 1000 - 500 - 500 = 0.
- I’ve made a deposit to my Bet-Football account, but I don’t see the funds credited to my account. Why?
In this case, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on Skype with the following information: e-wallet used, e-wallet email address, account to credit, username and amount sent. Our team will check and investigate further.
- How do I become an affiliate?
If you are interested to becoming an affiliate of Bet-Football, please feel free to contact us via email at email@example.com or message us on Skype. We’ll be happy to discuss how we can work together.
- What can I do with my affiliate balance?
You can request a withdrawal or transfer to your bookmaker account from your Bet-Football affiliate balance. Please note that the minimum withdrawal and transfer amount is EUR 100 or currency equivalent.
- There is an asset page under my Affiliate account. What is it for?
This page include Bet-Football logos and promotional banners for you to use. Simply click to download the creatives from this page.
- How do I refer customers to you?
Once we have agreed the Affiliate terms, we will add your affiliate name on the “How do you hear about us?” drop down list on the registration form. Please remind your referred customers to choose your name upon registration. Alternatively, we can also provide you a customised registration page with only your affiliate name pre-filled on the drop down list. Customers registered via that page will be automatically tagged to you.
When you login your Affiliate account on Bet-Football, click “Statement” on the top menu and you will find your referred customer(s) listed on the page.
- I referred a customer to you and he has registered, but I don’t see him under my customer list. Why?
Please always remind your referred customers to choose your affiliate name on our registration form (“How do you hear about us?” drop down list). If they’ve done so, but you still don’t see them on the customer list, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on Skype.
- How do I understand my affiliate commissions?
Your affiliate commissions will be calculated based on the terms agreed with us. We will credit your affiliate commissions earned to your Bet-Football wallet on a monthly basis. For more details about your affiliate commissions, contact us via email at email@example.com or message us on Skype.
- Do you offer credit?
As we are not a bookmaker, but rather a betting solution provider – we take a very cautious approach to credit risk to safeguard our clients’ funds. For this reason, we very rarely offer credit and in the rare cases when we do, this is only approved after stringent credit check with a security deposit.
